Why we exist

Christopher is a licensed attorney, civil litigator, and the founder of First Heritage Funding. A graduate of Loyola Law School (top 10% of his division, St. Thomas More Law Honor Society), he has conducted over 2,000 bench trials — more than 350 in probate court — with a win rate exceeding 95%, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients over a 23-year legal career. He also serves as President & CEO of Catalina Structured Funding, Inc. and Pacific Structured Assets, Inc. Evan is a licensed attorney and Senior Vice President of Operations & In-House Counsel at First Heritage Funding. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as an Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and won first place in the California State Bar's 2013 Tax Writing Competition. With over 12 years of experience in specialty finance law, probate, and estate matters, Evan has overseen the funding of over $150 million in direct payments to customers across hundreds of specialty finance transactions nationwide.
