Evan Chait is a licensed attorney and the Senior Vice President of Operations & In-House Counsel at First Heritage Funding. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where he served as an Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and won first place in the California State Bar\'s 2013 Tax Writing Competition. With over 12 years of experience in specialty finance law, probate, and estate matters, Evan has structured and underwritten hundreds of future receivable transactions nationwide.
